Kawajin is a Japanese restaurant, which mainly serves freshwater fish cuisine such as eel or carp.
Some might be worried about the smell of freshwater fish.
However, we broil eels with original sauce which is not too sweet or too salty until soft and fluffy so that you can enjoy broiled eel without being worried about the smell or avoiding bones. Our broiled eel on rice stacked in a box have been loved by many people.
In addition, slices of raw carp washed in cold water suits well with our original vinegard miso and have been popular for a long time.
Of course, there are other dishes which you can only enjoy in Kawajin.
We prepare for you ingredients in season boiled with special stock or tempura accompanied with pleasant smell and crisp bite.
Please come to Kawajin and enjoy the tastes which kawajin has developed for 220years.
Please feel free to send email to us when you would like to make reservation or if you have any questions.
